Target Homes

Our Target Homes in Carroll County are more than just living spaces—they’re nurturing communities. Each of our seven homes is carefully designed to serve as a supportive environment where:

• Three adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities share a home.
• Two live-in graduate student Community Living Managers provide 24/7 care, ensuring constant support and supervision.

This unique arrangement guarantees that every participant receives personalized, compassionate care while enjoying the structure and social benefits of community living.

Apartment Program

For those seeking a greater degree of independence, our Apartment Program in Rockville, MD offers a private, apartment-style living experience. Residents enjoy autonomy with 24/7 support readily available.

• Community Living Managers provide on-site supervision and assistance.
• Residents engage in community life, hold jobs, manage daily routines, and receive help with transportation, medical coordination, and more.

This program strikes the perfect balance between independence and care, empowering participants to live confidently and actively within their community.
