Scheduling & Transportation Guidelines:
10 Minute “Wait Run”: Drivers will only wait 10 minutes for clients to come outside when their ride arrives .
Please give an hour notice via the Transportation Cell Phone line, if client(s) will be absent from the Vocational Services Program .
No food or drink consumption is permitted while riding in Target vehicles.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Drivers will contact families if there is an expected delay. If driveways and home entrances are not cleared, drivers will not be able to pick up clients directly in front of their homes. In the event a driver cannot get to the client’s home, he/she will contact the family.
